Liquid Nitrogen (LN2)
HS2804.30.00StandardGOST 9293-74 CAS: 7727-37-9
Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is produced by cryogenic fractional distillation of atmospheric air at major industrial gas plants throughout Russia. Conforming to GOST 9293-74 with nitrogen purity of ≥99.9%, liquid nitrogen is supplied at -196C in vacuum-insulated cryogenic ISO tank containers. SFERA LLC sources liquid nitrogen from certified Russian industrial gas producers with full analysis confirming N2 purity, oxygen content (≤0.005%), moisture, and hydrocarbon content. Liquid nitrogen is classified as a non-flammable, non-toxic cryogenic liquid (UN 1977) and requires specialist cryogenic handling equipment.
