Fish meal is the highest-quality animal protein source available for compound feed, produced from whole fish and fish by-products by cooking, pressing, and drying at certified Russian processing facilities operating to GOST 2116-2000. SFERA LLC supplies fish meal in 65% and 72% protein grades sourced from Russian Far East (pollock, sardine) and Barents Sea (capelin, herring) fisheries. Each consignment is accompanied by full analysis confirming crude protein, moisture (≤10%), ash (≤20%), salt (≤3%), TVN (Total Volatile Nitrogen), and Salmonella (absent/25g) status.
