Steel billets are the primary semi-finished steel product used as feedstock for rolling mills producing rebar, wire rod, sections, and structural steel. SFERA LLC supplies Russian-produced billets in grades St3sp and St5sp conforming to GOST 380-2005 from major Russian electric arc and basic oxygen furnace steelmakers. Russia is one of the world's largest steel exporters, with major billet export operations through Black Sea, Baltic, and Far East ports. Billets are supplied in standard section sizes from 100×100 mm to 180×180 mm in lengths of 6, 9, or 12 metres. Full mill test certificates confirming chemical composition and yield strength ≥235 MPa are provided on every shipment.
