Aluminium billets in alloys 6060, 6063, and 6082 are the primary feedstock for aluminium extrusion, used globally to produce architectural profiles, transportation components, industrial sections, and structural members. Russian aluminium billets are produced at modern direct-chill casting facilities to EN 573-3 alloy compositions, with homogenisation treatment applied to optimise extrudability. SFERA LLC sources billets from certified Russian producers with each consignment subject to full spectrometric chemical analysis and dimensional inspection. Standard diameter range is 63–356 mm in lengths of 4–7 metres. Russian billets provide highly competitive pricing versus Western European and Middle Eastern sources.
