Sunflower meal (solvent-extracted sunflower cake) is the high-protein by-product of sunflower oil extraction, produced to GOST 11246-96 with crude protein content of ≥38.0% and residual oil of ≤2.0%. Russia and Ukraine are the world's largest sunflower meal producers, exporting primarily to the EU, Turkey, and South Korea. SFERA LLC sources certified sunflower meal from integrated Russian crushing complexes with full analysis confirming crude protein, moisture, fibre, aflatoxin B1 (≤10 ppb), and Salmonella (absent/25g).
