Crude rapeseed oil from double-zero low-erucic acid varieties is one of the most important edible vegetable oils globally, valued for its heart-healthy fatty acid profile. Russia has expanded rapeseed production significantly, with production in Siberia, the Urals, and Central Black Earth region. SFERA LLC sources crude rapeseed oil with full analysis confirming FFA (≤2.0%), erucic acid (≤2.0%), glucosinolates (≤30 umol/g), and iodine value.
