RBD rapeseed (canola) oil is one of the world's healthiest cooking oils, characterised by low saturated fat, neutral flavour, high smoke point (≥210C), and excellent omega-3/omega-6 balance. Produced from 00-variety rapeseed conforming to Codex Alimentarius, Russian RBD rapeseed oil is free from harmful erucic acid (≤2.0%). SFERA LLC sources RBD rapeseed oil from certified Russian refineries with full Codex analysis confirming FFA (≤0.10%), colour, and smoke point.
