Crude Mustard Oil (Technical / Food Grade)
HS1515.50.11StandardGOST R 53457-2009
Russian crude mustard oil produced from Brassica juncea (Indian mustard) and Sinapis alba (white mustard) is valued for its characteristic pungent aroma, high erucic acid content (industrial grade), and unique fatty acid profile. Russia produces significant mustard volumes in the Volgograd, Saratov, and Rostov regions. SFERA LLC supplies crude mustard oil in food-grade (low-erucic, ≤2%) and technical/industrial-grade (high-erucic, ≥40%) variants, with full GOST R 53457-2009 analysis. Food-grade mustard oil is widely used in South Asian cuisine and Ayurvedic applications.
