Road bitumen grade BND 60/70 conforming to GOST 22245-90 is the primary paving bitumen grade used in road construction across Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and export markets in Africa and the Middle East. With penetration of 60–70 × 0.1 mm at 25°C, softening point ≥51°C (Ring & Ball), and ductility ≥55 cm, BND 60/70 meets the requirements of heavily trafficked highway construction. Russian refineries including Gazprom Neft (Omsk), Lukoil, and Rosneft produce bitumen as a vacuum residue refinery product. SFERA LLC supplies road bitumen in heated bitumen tankers, bitutainers (heated ISO tanks), and 200-litre steel drums.
