Russian yellow peas provide protein content of ≥20%, widely used in human food production (split peas, pea soup, pea flour), animal feed, and increasingly in plant-based protein applications. SFERA LLC sources certified yellow peas from Russian producers with full quality analysis confirming protein (≥20%), moisture (≤14%), foreign matter (≤2%), and pest-free status. All pea consignments are Non-GMO certified by PCR testing.
